Recipe: Mozzarella Garlic Cheese Bread (Semi-homemade)
1 large french bread loaf
Mozzarella Cheese (you can either get it sliced or shredded)
½ stick of butter
1 tbsp of garlic salt
½ cup of parsley (finely chopped)
Melt your butter in a hot skillet. As the butter melts, pour in your garlic salt and stir around. You don’t want the butter to stick to the pan, so you may want to remove the skillet from the heat when it is pure liquid.
Take your French bread load and cut in half. (If you want to make both pieces, but if you use one, you can get 4 to 6 pieces.)
Take your kitchen brush and dip into the garlic butter and brush it on your bread. Make sure each end of the bread is covered with the butter.
Then you take your cheese and spread it on the bread. If it’s sliced, you may want to brush a little butter on it so it will stick together. If it’s shredded, you may need 2 cups and spread across on loaf. **if you like a mixture of cheeses, you may add other kinds**
Then take your cup of parsley and sprinkle across your cheese.
Place loaf on baking sheet and let it bake (at 385° degrees) or until cheese has completely melted.
Afterwards, let cool down for about 5 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
